Role Summary

We are looking for a smart, organized, dependable person to support senior management in day-to-day coordination.

The ideal person should have positive common sense, basic business understanding and clear communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Review and organize emails, identify important messages and reduce clutter

Track pending tasks, follow-ups, commitments and deadlines

Prepare straightforward summaries, notes and drafts for routine communication

Requirements

Positive to have

Comfortable with calendars and basic office tools

Energetic and positive at logical reasoning and task management.

2+ years in executive assistant, personnel secretary, coordinator, office admin, customer coordination or similar role preferred
