Qualifications
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties experience
- Proficiency in Clerical Skills, including record keeping and organization
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to manage travel arrangements and multitask efficiently
- Positive attitude and a qualified demeanor
- Previous experience in administrative or receptionist roles is an advantage
