Receptionist / Front Office Executive (Pune)

We are looking for a smart, organized, and professional Receptionist cum Admin Executive to manage front office operations and support day-to-day administrative activities at our CA firm. The candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to coordinate office tasks efficiently.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle front desk and welcome clients/visitors professionally
- Attend and transfer phone calls
- Manage inward/outward courier, emails, and office correspondence
- Schedule meetings and maintain appointment calendars
- Maintain office files, records, and documents
- Coordinate with staff for daily office work and follow-ups
- Assist in basic administrative and back-office activities
- Maintain office supplies and stationery inventory
- Support partners and team members in routine office coordination
- Handle data entry and basic documentation work
- Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate or Undergraduate with relevant experience
- Positive communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or local language
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
- Well-organized and presentable personality
- Ability to multitask and manage office coordination
