- Conduct new hire training nesting and 30-60-90-day performance monitoring Design training plans in collaboration with clients Deliver PKT sessions refreshers certifications and continuous learning initiatives Create training dashboards and reports for stakeholders Perform TNI TNA and develop targeted interventions Partner with QAs operations and client teams for calibration Facilitate hiring assessments and support knowledge management Requirements
- Graduate in any stream 5 years of experience in General Insurance P C with 2 years in training Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in MS Office Insurance certifications P C preferred Flexible to work in 24x7 workplace Australia shifts What is in it for you
