Quality Inspector For Mnc In Pune 2 4 Years Experience

A leading manufacturer of engineered steel and fibre reinforced

polymer construction products from South East Asia managed by French

entrepreneurs are looking for Quality Inspectors with minimum two to maximum four years of working experience at its State of Art facility in Pune near Talegaon Dabhade.

Role: Inspect the product and identify the defective parts, Zero defects

Ensure the effective operation in quality system.

Main Responsibilities: Conducting detailed inspections of raw materials, in-process parts, and finished products as per specification.

Working with engineers and production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.

Be responsible for shop floor production process and identify valuable or defective products and defective products should not mix with valuable products.

Manage the testing tools and equipment and do calibration refer to the requirement

Make the quality control for the service and material which be provided by supplier.

Involve and support to factory team to maintain the 5s in shop floor.

Some Other quality control work in incoming raw material, in process and finished goods

Education – ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Work Experience – Minimum two years & Maximum up to 4 years in shop floor inspection of mechanical machined and fabrication parts.

Skills- Problem solving approach with analysis and finding optimal solutions.

Other Skills- MS Word, Excel, valuable technical communication with team work

Renumeration- Budget for this position is 3 LPA to 3.5 LPA
