Role & responsibilities Supervise and manage day-to-day production activities on the shop floor. Ensure production targets are achieved as per the schedule. Monitor raw material usage and minimize wastage. Maintain compliance with food safety standards such as Food Safety and Standards

Authority of India (FSSAI) guidelines. Ensure implementation of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP),

GMP, and hygiene practices. Coordinate with Quality Assurance and Maintenance teams for smooth operations. Handle manpower allocation and supervise production staff. Maintain production records and prepare daily production reports. Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of equipment and production area.
