SUMMARY The receptionist is responsible for the front desk operations of the assigned building.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Operate system switchboard to relay incoming, outgoing and internal calls Greet visitors and vendors Maintain visitor in/out record sheets and issues visitor badges Announce and directs visitors/vendors to proper location Refer messages to appropriate parties Escalate non-routine questions and inquires to supervisor Oversee the cleanliness of the lobby Distribute package drop-offs to proper recipients Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor. Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS High School Diploma and 1 year of experience. Switchboard with multiple phone line experience preferred.
