Updation of daily reports such as Opening & Closing Timings of Retailers, WiFi, Pram & Wheelchair, Lost & Found.
Responsible for any modification or updation on the above reports.
Responsible for monthly footfall reports.
Daily updation of Customer feedback forms in the system.
Focus on customer satisfaction & come up with cutting-edge ideas to ensure 100 % customer satisfaction is achieved at any given point of time.
To maintain tenant relationship and address all grievances of retailers immediately or escalate the same to Duty Manager.
To monitor whether the targets on customer feedback forms are achieved, this becomes the most key real time data to our Centre.
To be on rounds as and when required, which includes identifying the various departmental snags and send the same to respective department heads.
In the absence of Duty Manager responsible for giving permissions of stock out prior to appropriate physical check for stocks at the store level, post approval from GM (Ops) Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4mg4dx
