Taking possession of a recent project site with all required information for starting of design&drawings; 8. Finalization of different consultants&starting; of design drawings co ordination 9. Follow up for the commencement of work on site 10. Construction of sample flat&sales; office on site as per requirements 11. Finalization of GFC drawings to start execution on site 12. Finalization of budget&completion; schedule of the project 13. Finalization of different contractors as per the stages of execution on site 14. To control the overrun of cost&time; of the project with respect to the approved budget&completion; schedule 15. Conducting review meetings with contractors&consultants; 16. Providing the solutions to hurdles which are not in control of PM time to time 17. Ensuring timely bill certification&payments; to contractors 18. Co ordination with legal team, contractors&architect; to keep all legal compliance up to date from start to end of the project 19. Successful handing over of the project to customers/End users 20.
