With a strong legacy in turnkey solutions, we specialize in designing, manufacturing, and installing complex utility systems.We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Sales Manager to lead business growth in the Solar & Semiconductor segment, drive revenue, and build a strong market presence in mission-critical industries.Key Responsibilities:• Lead and drive business development strategy across Solar (PV Cell Manufacturing) and Semiconductor (OSAT & Fab Chips) segments• Own and achieve revenue targets, ensuring consistent growth and pipeline conversion• Identify, develop, and close large-scale, high-value business opportunities• Build and maintain strong relationships with EPCs, fabs, OSAT players, manufacturers, and key decision-makers• Lead the complete sales lifecycle — from lead generation to proposal, negotiation, and deal closure• Mentor and guide the sales team to enhance performance, pipeline management, and conversion ratios• Collaborate with Design,
