- Marketing Sr Admin Assistant Job Grade: 07 Shift timing: 1800 to 0300 Job Duties:
- Customized Contracts are prepared as per customer requirement and implement the incentives/rates in the system.
- Analyzing the request prudently and amending the contract in accordance with the pricing request as per agreed timelines.
- Processing contracts for new and existing UPS customers, auto-renewal of expired contracts and contract cancellation for non-shipping customers
- 100% Quality is the essential factor.
- Processing is time-sensitive and requires timely action on every work allocated. Employee Skill Requirement:
- Knowledge of UPS Incentive Administrative System would be an advantage.
- Eye for detail & Positive accuracy.
- Good analytical skills.
- Flexibility and ability to perform tasks within tight timeline.
- Fluent in English (speaking/writing).
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Flexibility with shift timing and extend shift working time when necessary.
- Good keyboard skills required.
