If you’re the kind of person who can look at freight data, spot inconsistencies instantly, and keep escalations under control without losing pace — this role plays directly to your strengths. Freight claims, returns, refusals, and payment accuracy are the backbone of transportation reliability at Kimberly-Clark, and your ability to control these processes is what protects cost, service, and compliance across the network.

You’ll work closely with carriers, freight payment partners, and internal teams to make sure every invoice, claim, return, and refusal is handled with precision and speed.
