Pre-Sales Executive – Real Estate Company: Jaywant Group Location: Head Office (Ganga Dham, Pune) Industry: Real Estate (Industrial / Residential & Commercial) Role Summary Jaywant Group is looking for a dynamic and persuasive Pre-Sales Executive to act as the first point of contact for our prospective property buyers. Your primary role is to handle inbound inquiries, nurture leads generated through marketing campaigns, and pitch our premium residential and commercial projeqs to schedule quality site visits for the direct sales team. Key Responsibilities
- Lead Engagement: Promptly connect with prospects via phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp to understand their property requirements (budget, location, configuration).
- Project Pitching: Provide accurate information regarding Jaywant Group's projects, highlighting key USPs, amenities, and location advantages.
- Site Visit Scheduling: Successfully convert cold/warm leads into confirmed site visits at our various project locations (e.g., Ganga Dham, Khed Shivapur).
- CRM Management: Maintain 100% accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, lead statuses, and follow-up schedules in the CRM software.
- Pipeline Nurturing: Consistently follow up with warm prospects, sharing project updates, special offers, and construction progress to keep them engaged.
- Required Qualifications
- Experience: 1–4 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Tele-sales, or Inside Sales within the Real Estate industry. (Fresher candidates with excellent communication skills may be considered).
- Language Skills: Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and English is mandatory to connect effectively with local clients.
- Soft Skills: Qualified telephone etiquette, an active listening mindset, and strong persuasion skills. Pay: ₹30,000.00
