Telecaller / Pre-Sales Executive (Lead Qualification) (Pune)

Location: Pune Company: Marquis Advertising & Marketing Experience: 0–3 Years Employment Type: Full-time About the Role Marquis Advertising & Marketing is looking for energetic and confident Telecallers / Pre-Sales Executives to manage and qualify incoming leads generated through our digital marketing campaigns. The role involves connecting with potential prospects, understanding their requirements, and passing qualified leads to the sales team. This position is ideal for candidates who have good communication skills and are comfortable speaking with clients over calls. Key Responsibilities
- Connect with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.
- Understand the client’s basic requirements and interest level.
- Qualify leads and share relevant details with the sales team.
- Maintain proper records of calls, conversations, and lead status in CRM or lead sheets.
- Perform follow-ups with interested prospects when required.
- Ensure timely response to recent leads.
- Coordinate with the sales team for smooth lead handover. Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English (regional language is a plus).
- Basic understanding of sales or customer interaction.
- Comfortable with telecalling and handling lead conversations.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, or lead management tools).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Preferred Skills
- Experience in telecalling, inside sales, or pre-sales will be an advantage.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls.
