PLC/SCADA Project Engineer (Process Automation) (Pune)

We are looking for a skilled and experienced PLC / SCADA Project Engineer with hands-on experience in industrial automation systems for Process Industries. The ideal candidate should have robust exposure to Mitsubishi PLC platforms along with Siemens, Rockwell, or Schneider automation systems , including commissioning and SCADA development activities. Location:- Pune Experience:- 3+years (Mitsubishi GX Works 3 OR GX Works 2 + Rockwell / Siemens PLC experience in process industry ) Key Responsibilities:-
- PLC programming, troubleshooting, and commissioning using Mitsubishi platforms with GX Works3.
- Hands-on experience with Siemens / Rockwell / Schneider M580 PLC systems. Develop and configure HMI / SCADA applications using:-
- Mitsubishi GOT2000 | Siemens WinCC | FactoryTalk View | AVEVA Wonderware | Ignition.
- Execute hardware commissioning activities including panel testing, I/O checking, loop checking, and FAT/SAT.
- Handle site commissioning, startup support, troubleshooting, and client coordination.
- Work on industrial communication protocols such as Ethernet/IP, Modbus, Profinet, Profibus, OPC, etc.
- Prepare project documentation, backups, and technical reports.
- Coordinate with internal engineering teams and customers for successful project execution. Required Skills:-
- Strong knowledge of PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems in Process Automation.
- Experience in Mitsubishi automation systems is mandatory.
- Exposure to Siemens / Rockwell / Schneider PLC platforms preferred.
- Good understanding of electrical panels, instrumentation, and control systems.
- Ability to work independently during site commissioning and shutdown activities.
