Role Description This is a full time hybrid Salesperson role located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area, with some opportunities for remote work. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer service. Your day-to-day tasks will include developing sales strategies, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, building pipelines, and maintaining in-depth knowledge of our products, services, and industry standards to provide tailored solutions to clients. Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement and relationship management
- Skills in sales strategy development, business negotiation, and management of sales pipelines
- Basic knowledge of material handling equipment and industrial sectors is advantageous
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work setting
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales-related software
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
