This is a high-ownership, high-impact leadership coordination role where the selected candidate will act as an extended arm/shadow of the Director, ensuring smooth execution of management priorities, operational accountability, and seamless coordination across internal teams and external stakeholders. We are looking for someone with strong business acumen, leadership maturity, operational discipline, execution excellence, and exceptional follow-up capabilities in a fast-paced business environment. Key Responsibilities Strategic & Operational Coordination Support the Director in day-to-day strategic and operational business activities. Ensure management directives and operational priorities are executed effectively across departments. Monitor ongoing business operations and provide timely status updates to management. Assist in implementing strategic initiatives, process improvements, and business decisions. Drive operational accountability and execution excellence across teams. Leadership & Cross-Functional Team Coordination Act as a communication bridge between the Director, department heads, operational teams, and external stakeholders. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of deliverables and business priorities. Follow up on pending tasks, schedules, approvals, and operational commitments. Ensure discipline, reporting structure, and workflow efficiency across departments. Executive Leadership Support Handle confidential documentation, leadership communication, and operational coordination. Manage meetings, calendars, schedules, follow-ups, and management priorities. Prepare MOMs (Minutes of Meetings), presentations, trackers, reports, dashboards, and strategic summaries for leadership review. Maintain high standards of confidentiality, professionalism, discretion, and executive presence. Business Coordination & Stakeholder Management Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, brand partners, and business associates on behalf of management. Maintain professional stakeholder relationships and ensure smooth communication. Support management in operational discussions, vendor coordination, and strategic follow-ups. Billing Verification & Approval Coordination Review bills, invoices, vendor submissions, and operational expenses before management approvals. Coordinate with Accounts and concerned departments for bill verification and supporting documents. Ensure accuracy of billing records, payment schedules, approvals, and documentation. Reporting & Operations Management Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review. Track deliverables, schedules, deadlines, approvals, and pending operational activities. Support leadership with reporting, strategic analysis, presentations, and operational tracking. Maintain accurate documentation, trackers, and business records. Required Qualifications Background in Management / Business Administration / Finance preferred MBA/ CA (Appeared / Inter) /BE Civil candidates may also apply Candidates with entrepreneurial or business-handling experience will be preferred 10–14 years of relevant experience in:
