Technical Support & Training Specialist (Pune)

Role & responsibilities Job Location: Pirangut, Pune, Maharashtra Role & Responsibility: We are looking for a proactive Technical Support and Training Specialist. The position is split into two main verticals : 1. Internal and external technical training related to our compressors usage, maintenance and monitoring; 1. Daily technical support to our service engineer and customers. Main responsibilities as under:

• Trainer o Develop and maintain training material updated ( create material for recent products, refresh existing one, adapt to particular customer needs,)
- o Provide internal training to upscale skills and competencies of our aftersales (new) team members
- o Provide external training to customers all over India

• Technical support o Provide technical support to our customers on regular and hotline basis.
- o Troubleshoot issues via phone, email, remote tools, or on-site support
- o Prepare commissioning information to ensure smooth compressor start-up
- o Analyse compressors parameters proactively to solve the issue before any breakdown
- o Manage warranty and breakdown cases (RCA, definition of BOM required for repair,)
- o Ensure internal systems are always updated with latest machine information Desired Candidate:

• Educational background in engineering

• Minimum 10 years industrial experience, within Minimum 3 years training experience, any trainer certification is an asset

• Proficiency in presentation and facilitation skills as well in training material preparation

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience in customer support position; ability to define RCA from a remote location

• Mastering MS Office (power point, Excel, Outlook) and familiar with ERP system usage

• Willing to travel over India
