Mechanical Design Engineer (Pune)

At Fabex Automation Pvt. Ltd (formerly, Fabex Engineers), we Design, Develop and Manufacture SPM (Special Purpose Machines) and Industrial Automation Machines. We are looking for a highly motivated and career oriented Mechanical Design Engineer who will have a good understanding of all design aspects and logics related to the design and manufacturing for SPM (Special Purpose Machines) and Automation and will create, draft, and design machine layouts using customer specification and recommendations according to a set Standard Operating Procedure. Roles and Responsibilities will include but not limited to Roles and Responsibilities Taking charge of Design projects independently. Understanding Customer requirements Design 3D Models and 2D Manufacturing Drawings with GD and T application in SolidEdge, Creo and AutoCad. Ability to draft parts in 2D and 3D layout. Good knowledge of mechanical calculations Good understanding of fixture design and manufacturing. Design the principles of robots structure, joint mechanisms, drives, bearings, housings, casings, etc. General knowledge about Motors, Drives, Sensors etc Valuable understanding of Pneumatics is must The job requires a highly capable and competent design person who can work independently and when required as part of a team to:. Work experience with a SPM manufacturing company is a preferred. Knowledge of Material Grades with their Mechanical Properties. Desired Candidate Profile Be either BE/BTech in Mechanical engineering. Diploma in mechanical engineering with suitable experience are encouraged to apply Experience : Minimum 3 Years
