Description We are seeking a skilled Legal Executive specializing in Real Estate to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in handling real estate transactions and legal matters, providing valuable support to our clients and ensuring compliance with applicable laws. Responsibilities
- Review and draft legal documents related to real estate transactions, including sale agreements, lease agreements, and property deeds.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on real estate laws and regulations.
- Assist in the due diligence process for property acquisitions and sales.
- Provide legal advice to clients on real estate matters and transactions.
- Coordinate with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Prepare and file necessary legal paperwork with government authorities.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of real estate contracts. Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
- 2-7 years of experience in real estate law or related fields.
- Strong understanding of real estate laws and regulations in India.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
- Ability to conduct legal research and present findings clearly.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
