Summary of the Role Overall maintenance activity at Plant-1 Maintenance (Plant-1 Utility Mechanical Services) Details of the Job
- Preventive and Breakdown mechanical Maintenance of Utility equipments
- Preventive and Breakdown Maintenance of Air compressor, generators, dryers, refrigeration systems, chiller unit, cooling tower, Pumps as per check sheet.
- Compress air, water requirements of various plant locations day to day management.
- Attending daily Utility Mechanical maintenance activities (Working in all three shifts).
- Attending breakdowns of Utility Equipments.
- Monthly checking and PM of Utility Equipments.
- Time to time inspection & checking of Statutory equipments & Documentations.
- Maintenance of Air receivers, Air pipelines, water pipelines- MIDC +Well water.
- Utility Equipment’s Installations & commissioning Technical Requirements
- Key skills for the role valuable administrative skills. Also, technical & analytical approach
- Desired skills for the role- To have Hand on Experience of Air compressor sets & its operations, repairing of Pumps, Panel AC, chiller unit etc.
- System knowledge of TS, EOHS, SAFETY -Awareness Experience of 8 to 10 years in Utility mechanical Maintenance. Behavioural Requirements
- Key skills for the role decision making/ relation within team /inter departmental relations.
