Assistant Manager - Production (Pump Industry), Pune

Role & responsibilities Primary Job Responsibilities 1. Timely execution of all Customer dispatches.
- Study Roll over/monthly production plan.
- Considering monthly machine capacity, prior planning of internal painting activities, ensuring sub contract plan to meet in house planned machine loading.
- Preparing & providing day wise weekly centralize machine loading sheet to Shop supervisor & shift in charge prior to 3 days.
- Weekly Man power planning (shift wise) in consultation with shift in charge in view to meet planned settings & expected output from them.
- Ensure strict discipline & system within all employees working on shop floor.
- Daily/ weekly/monthly man power monitoring & controlling through efficiency.
- Shop floor man power planning. (CNC operator & casual employees).Monitor stagger breaks to floating manpower in consultation with HR.
- Cost estimation (setup time , cycle time , tooling & fixture requirement) of new enquire for machining
- Candidates with prior experience working on online production systems (ERP-based platforms) will be given preference. 11.Operation and programming of CNC, VMC, HMC, and conventional machines
- Experience with CAD/CAM software (e.g., SolidWorks, Mastercam, AutoCAD) 13.Familiarity with tooling, cutting parameters, and cycle time optimization Secondary Job Responsibilities 1. Ensuring ISO related document & processes. 2. Knowledge related to Quality process
- Initiate PR for new requirement of tooling, insert & fixture. Preferred candidate profile Knowledge & Abilities 1. Excellent knowledge in CNC machine and machining process. 2. Excellent in component cost working. 3. fluency in communication and presentation. 4. Valuable knowledge in welding and special process. 5. Good knowledge about quality systems.
