Procurement Executive – Electrical Pune

Key Responsibilities Source and procure electrical materials from approved and current suppliers across India. Obtain quotations, conduct price comparisons, and negotiate commercial terms. Ensure timely issuance and follow-up of Purchase Orders. Coordinate with suppliers for on-time delivery and issue resolution. Develop and maintain a strong vendor network for electrical categories. Track market prices and identify cost optimization opportunities. Ensure compliance with technical specifications and procurement processes. Maintain procurement records, MIS reports, and supplier performance data.

Eligibility Criteria B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or relevant qualification. Upto 1 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain functions. Knowledge of electrical materials such as cables, MCBs, DBs, switchgear, lighting, conduits, etc. Positive negotiation and vendor management skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/procurement tools preferred. Strong communication and coordination abilities.
