Service Technofunctional Consultant to lead development and consulting for Dynamics 365 Field Service solutions, bridging hands-on coding with functional expertise for end-to-end field service processes.Job Description: Zensar Technologies Limited is looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior D365 Field Service Developer&Functional Consultant. In this role, you will play a crucial part in designing and building comprehensive Field Service solutions, leveraging your expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service. Your responsibilities will span from leading requirements discovery workshops to configuring and developing various Field Service components, while also contributing to the technical and functional aspects of the project. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and have a significant impact on our clients' field service operations.Responsibilities: - Lead discovery workshops to gather requirements for work orders, incident types, service tasks, and more. - Design end-to-end field service processes, including work order management, scheduling, and billing. - Configure D365 Field Service components: Universal Resource Scheduling, Schedule Board, Assets&Locations, Inventory, and Agreements. - Define and manage test strategy, author user stories, and lead UAT and training sessions. - Work with stakeholders to define KPIs and build operational dashboards. - Extend D365 CE/Field Service using Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities, and JavaScript/TypeScript.- Build Power Automate flows for orchestration and create Power Apps for customization. - Develop REST-based integrations with ERP, IoT platforms, and external systems via Azure services. - Implement Connected Field Service patterns and design security models and ALM using Azure DevOps. - Contribute to environment strategy, provide L3 support, and maintain technical documentation.Qualifications: - 6-10 years of experience, with 4+ years in D365 CE/Field Service delivery (configuration and code). - Expertise in Dynamics 365 Field Service, Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Azure services. - Proficiency in C# (.NET) Plugins, JavaScript/TypeScript, PCF, and Azure API development.- Knowledge of ALM/DevOps practices, Azure DevOps tools, and solution management. - Strong consulting skills, including process mapping, UAT, and stakeholder communication. - Domain knowledge of field operations, service contracts, and SLAs. - Experience with Connected Field Service, Dynamics 365 Customer Service, and ERP integration is preferred.- Hands-on experience with Field Service Mobile customizations and device capabilities is an asset. - Familiarity with reporting in Power BI and data migration tools is beneficial. - Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service, Power Platform, and Azure are desirable
