Description We are seeking a skilled Legal Executive specializing in Real Estate to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in handling real estate transactions and legal matters, providing valuable support to our clients and ensuring compliance with applicable laws.Responsibilities Review and draft legal documents related to real estate transactions, including sale agreements, lease agreements, and property deeds. Conduct legal research and analysis on real estate laws and regulations. Assist in the due diligence process for property acquisitions and sales.Provide legal advice to clients on real estate matters and transactions. Coordinate with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal requirements. Prepare and file necessary legal paperwork with government authorities. Negotiate terms and conditions of real estate contracts.Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university. 2-7 years of experience in real estate law or related fields. Strong understanding of real estate laws and regulations in India. Excellent drafting and negotiation skills. Ability to conduct legal research and present findings clearly.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research software.
