Customer Support Representative, Pune

Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels. Assist the Customers/Clients based in the USA to prepare the custom Tax Summary Report and share with our client and state tax authority Provide clear, accurate, and detailed information about products and services to customers.Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring a positive customer experience. Document and track customer interactions, issues, and resolutions within the companys CRM system. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and provide feedback for service improvement. Collaborate with other team members to develop procedures to capture workflow processes for identified responsibilities.Excel expertise would be required and should have use of Macros. You will reconcile complex transaction data of clients to prepare historical returns. Qualifications: 2 to 6 years of experience in customer service or a similar role managing direct customer interactions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet. Comfortable working in 2 pm to 11 pm IST or 6 pm to 3 am IST shift. Ability to handle high-pressure situations while maintaining composure.
