Collect and analyze experimental data, ensuring accuracy and reliability. Aid in the development of new products and the improvement of existing ones. Utilize analytical techniques such as spectroscopy, chromatography, and microscopy. Maintain accurate and detailed records of research activities and findings. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.Required Skills&Qualifications M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry, Chemistry, Polymer Chemistry. 1–3 years of experience in organic and/or Polymer synthesis and formulation in chemical manufacturing. Hands-on experience with laboratory synthesis equipment (reflux, reactors, rotary evaporators, purification tools).Strong understanding of reaction mechanisms and organic chemistry principles. Good documentation, observation, and analytical thinking skills. Knowledge of ISO/QMS and lab safety protocols.
