Document all customer interactions accurately in the designated system.About You: Any Graduate with a minimum of 1 year of experience in an international voice process is required. You possess excellent verbal communication skills in English , with a clear accent and strong articulation. You are customer-centric, with a strong ability to empathize and build rapport with diverse customers.You are a quick learner, adaptable, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. You demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
