Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner Provide accurate and complete information regarding products, services, and company policies Resolve customer complaints, issues, and inquiries with a high level of professionalism Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the systemMeet established customer service targets, including KPIs such as AHT (Average Handling Time), CSAT (Customer Satisfaction), and First Call Resolution (FCR) Provide guidance on product features, technical issues, and billing queries Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support teamsAdhere to company policies, procedures, and customer service protocols Continuously improve knowledge of products and services to provide the best possible support Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
