Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer support to international clients through a chat-based platform.Accurately and efficiently resolve customer inquiries, issues, and concerns. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through clear, concise, and professional written communication. Document all customer interactions and resolutions thoroughly and accurately. Adhere to process guidelines and service level agreements.About You: You have a minimum of 6 months of experience in an International Semi-voice or Chat Process . You possess good communication skills , with strong written English. You are customer-centric, patient, and detail-oriented. You are capable of managing multiple chat conversations simultaneously and working in a fast-paced environment.
