Job Title: Senior Transaction Processing Officer Designation: Sr Transaction Procng Off Location: Mph-Cybercity Tower 4, Pune, IN Job Summary: The Senior Transaction Processing Officer will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of transaction processes within the insurance sector. This position requires a candidate with exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken, to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of insurance processes and be able to convey complex information clearly and concisely.Responsibilities: Manage and oversee transaction processing activities to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards. Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to address inquiries and provide updates on transaction statuses. Analyze transaction data to identify trends and areas for improvement in processing efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance service delivery. Prepare and present reports on transaction performance and operational metrics to management. Provide training and support to junior team members on transaction processing best practices. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies related to insurance transactions.Mandatory Skills: Strong knowledge of insurance processes and terminology. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in analyzing data and generating reports. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Preferred Skills: Familiarity with transaction processing software and tools. Experience in customer service or client-facing roles. Knowledge of regulatory compliance in the insurance industry. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
