Assist in the execution of daily production activities as per the production schedule Monitor operations to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency standards are met Coordinate with cross-functional departments such as Quality, Maintenance, and Stores Maintain accurate production records, shift reports, and material usage dataEnsure timely availability of raw materials and other resources for smooth production flow Identify and troubleshoot minor issues in the production process Support adherence to safety and compliance regulations (e.g., ISO, GMP, etc.) Participate in process improvement and cost-saving initiativesWork collaboratively with team members and operators to meet output targets Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required Educational Qualification: Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Industrial or relevant field Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 3 years of experience in a production environment are eligible
