Key Responsibilities: Machine Operation Operate assigned machines and equipment according to standard operating procedures. Monitor machine performance, adjust settings, and ensure consistent production output. Conduct routine checks and report any malfunctions or anomalies. Production SupportAssist in meeting production targets and maintaining workflow efficiency. Collaborate with supervisors and team members to optimize machine performance. Ensure proper handling of raw materials and finished products. Maintenance and Safety Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and lubrication of machines.Follow safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). Report any safety hazards, incidents, or equipment issues immediately. Quality Control Inspect products for quality, dimensional accuracy, and compliance with specifications. Identify defects or deviations and take corrective actions or escalate to supervisors.Maintain accurate production logs and documentation as required. Continuous Improvement Suggest improvements to processes, machine operations, or workflow to enhance efficiency. Participate in training sessions and skill development programs. Assist in implementation of Lean Manufacturing or process optimization initiatives.Required Qualifications: High school diploma, technical diploma, or equivalent in Mechanical / Production / Manufacturing fields. 3–7 years of experience operating machinery in production, manufacturing, or engineering environments. Good understanding of machine operations, safety protocols, and maintenance practices.Ability to read basic technical drawings and production specifications. Proficiency in basic reporting and documentation.
