Independently manage and achieve daily production targets as per the plan Coordinate effectively with technicians and production staff to ensure smooth operations Monitor production activities and ensure timely execution with minimal downtime Identify and resolve issues on the production floor to meet quality and quantity goalsMaintain production logs, daily reports, and ensure compliance with internal SOPs Utilize computer systems for production planning, data entry, and reporting Ensure all safety measures and operational standards are followed during the production process Travel to different sites or locations when required using own two-wheelerEducational Qualification: BE in Electrical Engineering is mandatory Other Requirements: Must be computer literate with working knowledge of MS Office and production software Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and personal vehicle
