About the Job: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Insurance Operations Expert to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing the full lifecycle of insurance policies, ensuring operational accuracy, and supporting underwriters through efficient administrative processes. - Manage end-to-end policy administration activities for North America Commercial Insurance business.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through meticulous entry, validation, and cleansing.
- Collaborate with underwriters, brokers, and internal teams to resolve queries and maintain workflow efficiency.
- Support junior team members and contribute to a culture of continuous learning
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational performance.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and internal service-level agreements.
- Generate reports and track KPIs to monitor business performance. Desired Skills:
- Strong understanding of insurance policy workflows and administration.

- Experience in managing reports, metrics, and team coordination
