Job Description Customer Success Support Specialist The Customer Success Support Specialist plays a critical role in supporting Customer Success Managers and cross‑functional stakeholders by executing customer success operations with high accuracy, compliance, and timeliness. This role focuses on end‑to‑end support for proposals, renewals, contracts, and operational activities while ensuring data cleanliness, system accuracy, and process adherence across enterprise tools. Your Responsibilities: Operational & Process Execution
- Execute assigned customer success and proposal support processes in strict compliance with established SOPs, policies, and governance guidelines .
- Provide operational and administrative support for end‑to‑end proposal, quotation, contract, and renewal activities .
- Maintain accurate status of projects, contracts, proposals, and quotations throughout their lifecycle—from creation to closure. Data Management & Reporting
- Gather, validate, and summarize enabling data required to execute tasks effectively.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and clean data updates in business systems (e.g., SAP, IFS, internal workflow apps).
- Extract system data and publish standard reports and dashboards for regional stakeholders as per defined cadence.
- Monitor aging items and proactively follow up to maintain process health and visibility . Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with regional, domestic, and global stakeholders (CSMs, Sales, Planning, Finance, Operations) to ensure smooth execution and compliance.
- Coordinate with Planning teams to confirm and share parts/material availability , when required.
- Route requests to the appropriate owning teams when items fall outside scope. Quality, Compliance & Audits
- Demonstrate ownership and accountability for meeting process objectives, SLAs, commitments, and deadlines .
- Support root‑cause analysis for deviations raised by stakeholders and document corrective actions.
- Assist with audit responses and required documentation.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive commercial, financial, and technical information. Communication & Continuous Improvement
- Use official communication tools (emails, meetings, conference calls) to engage with peers, customers, and stakeholders on process updates, discussions, feedback, and presentations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, standardization, and automation to enhance efficiency and customer outcomes. The Essentials
- You Will Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Commerce, Operations, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Customer Success Support, Proposal Operations, Sales Operations, or Commercial Operations .
- Experience supporting global or regional teams is preferred.
- Strong Skills in Microsoft excel for working with data, Solving Problem and drawing insight from different sources
- Understanding of Presales/Proposals
- A team Player who works well with different departments
- Skilled in handling multiple tasks and shifting priorities The Preferred
- You Might Also Have:
- Experience working with advance excel, words,etc.
