Role & responsibilities

Holding the responsibility of maintaining Plant machinery & keep them in original condition using regular Predictive / Preventive & Breakdown maintenance. Responsible for: Ensure maximum Uptime for Mould Shop & Utility equipments in Hinjewadi plant.

Ensuring 100% compliance to the PM Schedule.

Follow IATF procedure and documentation

Follow ISO 14001 procedure and documentation

Commissioning of current equipments in Moldshop providing utility support

Calibration of Process equipments as per IATF requirements.

Implementation of the improvements identified.

Energy saving & Improvement Projects

Track the effectiveness of all systems required to maintain on-time delivery of product Completely daily payroll with accuracy to ensure that all team members are compensated accurately

Motivate and focus the maintenance team on hitting all the of the groups metrics that feed into the assembly departmental KPI’s

Set departmental goals to drive the maintenance team towards increasing overall uptime through proactively identifying potential issues

Ensure that all preventative maintenance tasks are in our system and are set to reoccur at the prescribed intervals required
