Main Responsibilities

Conduct health and safety gym inductions with all clients

Carry out client physical ability assessments

Conduct regular environmental risk assessments

Provide both group and individual exercise & fitness sessions

Instruct clients on basic exercise physiology, lifting and exercise techniques

Create and review client exercise & fitness training plans.

Deliver exercise & fitness educational workshops

Organize group activities such as walks, pool activities, badminton, mountain biking, etc

Produce, record sessions and update client electronic case notes

Attend case management and staff team meetings

Attend clinical supervision, line management reviews and staff support sessions.

What We’re Looking For

Has fluent English and Hindi communication skills

Brings genuine empathy and emotional intelligence

Is highly organized and detail-oriented

Has 1+ years of experience in similar roles

Diploma/valid certification in fitness training
