Business Manager- Interiors (Pune)

We’re hiring: Business Manager – Interiors Pune | Full-time | On-site At Tivora Designs, we don’t believe in selling dreams we can’t deliver. We’re looking for someone who understands that business development in interiors is not just about closing deals; it’s about building trust, understanding people, and onboarding clients who genuinely value good design, transparency, and collaboration. Yes, this is a target-oriented role. But we’re not looking for someone who: ✘ overpromises timelines ✘ says “yes” to everything ✘ pushes clients into quick decisions ✘ treats design like a transactional sale We ARE looking for someone who: ✔ communicates honestly and confidently ✔ understands client-company fit ✔ can hear clients out before pitching ✔ values long-term relationships over quick closures ✔ respects process, execution, and accountability ✔ understands the emotional + financial investment behind interiors What the role involves: — Managing client relationships from inquiry to onboarding — Business development and strategic growth — Coordinating with designers, vendors, and execution teams — Ensuring smooth project communication and alignment — Understanding project feasibility, timelines, and budgets — Representing the company’s values and work ethic at every stage What matters to us:
