- Security Clearance: Not required Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Technical Data Migration Consultant for an international project involving Oracle BRM v15 Cloud Native. The focus is on planning, executing, and validating a data migration from a staging environment into an Oracle BRM v15 target environment — including analysis of BRM data structures, data mappings, ETL development, and ensuring data integrity throughout. Key Responsibilities
- Design, planning, and execution of data migration from staging to Oracle BRM v15 Cloud Native
- Analysis of BRM data structures and definition of mappings between staging and target schemas
- Development and optimisation of ETL scripts using PL/SQL, Python, and/or Shell Scripting
- Data validations, reconciliation, audit checks, and automated test reports
- Collaboration with BRM developers, DBAs, and environment teams on migration and cutover plans
- Executing test migrations, trials, and rollback simulations
- Error analysis and resolution of issues related to data deviations, performance, or schema incompatibilities
- Documentation of migration strategy, data mappings, and validation results Must-Have Skills
- Hands-on experience with Oracle BRM Cloud Native or On-Prem
- Kubernetes and Helm
- CI/CD tools: Git, Jenkins, Argo CD, Nexus
- Monitoring: Prometheus and Grafana
- Bash, Python, automation scripting
- Linux/Unix
- Oracle Database
- Data migration experience, ideally in Billing or Telecom
- Strong English communication skills Nice-to-Have
- Experience with Oracle BRM or other billing platforms
- Min. 2 years in data migration projects
- Knowledge of Oracle BRM data models (Customer, Billing, Product, Pricing schemas)
- SQL/PL-SQL
- BRM utilities: pin_export, pin_import, PCM_OP Utilities
- Oracle databases in Cloud Native or OCI deployments Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Oracle BRM or comparable billing platforms
- Strong analytical and structured working style
