Role Purpose:

Provide operational administration and governance for SharePoint Online and the Power Platform, ensuring secure, compliant, and stable services in a regulated financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer SharePoint Online and Power Platform environments
- Manage site provisioning, permissions, security groups, and access requests
- Support Power Apps, Power Automate, and SPFx from an admin perspective
- Enforce governance controls (sharing policies, retention, DLP, environment strategy)
- Partner with Compliance, Risk, Legal, and Audit teams to support control requirements
- Troubleshoot platform-level issues and coordinate escalation
- Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and audit evidence

Required Skills:
- SharePoint Online administration
- Entra ID, Power Platform Admin Center
- Understanding of governance, security, retention, and audit concepts
- Experience of operating in enterprise or regulated environments
