This role involves working on a strategically greenfield project within the CARE domain, where the individual will be responsible for designing and implementing process automation solutions using Camunda BPMN, Java, and microservices architecture. The candidate will collaborate across teams, mentor junior developers, and contribute to building foundational frameworks and best practices for long-term success.\n\n## What you\u2019ll do\n\n
* Define architecture and create high-level design artefacts for process automation solutions.\n
* Develop and implement Java-based microservices aligned with sprint objectives.\n
* Collaborate across teams to ensure successful integration of BPMN processes in the CARE domain.\n
* Build proof-of-concepts and support the expansion of Camunda capabilities within VOIS.\n
* Mentor and train developers to upskill in Camunda BPMN and support team development.\n
* Provide technical guidance and resolve issues related to shared modules and frameworks.\n\n\n\n## Who you are\n\n
* Possess 7+ years of experience in Camunda Engine, BPMN, and microservice architecture.\n
* Strong hands-on expertise in Java development and design patterns relevant to microservices.\n
* Proficient in Spring, Spring Boot, and CI/CD tools.\n
* Solid understanding of event-driven architecture and messaging platforms such as Kafka.\n
* Hold a degree or higher qualification in software engineering or a related technical discipline.\n
* Demonstrate excellent analytical, technical communication, and coaching skills.\n
* Able to think creatively and take ownership of technical challenges.\n
* Frequently consulted by peers for system design and implementation practices.\n
