​Qubic Properties is seeking a energetic, high-energy, and result-oriented professional to join our team as a Plot Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in land leasing, plotted developments, and investor-focused sales within the Pune real estate market. You will be responsible for driving premium plot sales, managing investor portfolios, facilitating site visits, and converting high-value leads into successful transactions while maintaining the high service standards of Qubic Properties. ​Key Responsibilities ​Investor Presentation: Conduct high-impact site visits, deliver master plan presentations, and provide comprehensive financial consultations regarding land appreciation potential and high return on investment (ROI) to prospective buyers and high-net-worth individuals (HNIs). ​Negotiation & Closing: Structure and close plot sales deals by effectively coordinating price negotiations, payment plans, and timelines between buyers, developers, or landowners. ​Database & Pipeline Management: Systematically track client interactions, pipeline stages, and follow-ups within the company's CRM system to ensure seamless conversion cycles. ​Documentation Oversight: Assist clients through the primary legal and documentation stages, including Expression of Interest (EOI) forms, allotment letters, understanding 7/12 extract documents, and initial sale agreements. ​ Requirements ​Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of proven, successful experience specifically in Plot Sales, Land Sales, or Plotted Development projects.
