- Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Maintain organized filing systems (physical & digital)
- Handle official correspondence, letters, and email communication
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation using MS Office
- Coordinate meetings with consultants, lawyers, and vendors
- Maintain records of agreements, invoices, and approvals
- Handle office equipment and vendor coordination ???? Real Estate Documentation & Coordination
- Assist in preparation and compilation of documentation for:
- IOD / CC / OC
- Fire NOC
- AAI / Height Clearance
- Tree Authority
- Environment / utility approvals
- Read and refer to sanctioned architectural plans when required
- Maintain approval trackers and condition compliance lists
- Coordinate with architects, liaison consultants, and legal teams
- Ensure documents are complete, signed, stamped, and properly archived What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in office administration
- Prior experience in real estate / construction industry preferred
- Basic understanding of approval processes (IOD / CC / OC exposure is a plus)
- Ability to understand building plans (preferred but not mandatory)
- Robust documentation discipline and attention to detail
- Excellent follow-up and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint Ideal Candidate Profile
- Has worked with a real estate developer, architectural firm, or approvals consultant
- Organized, process-driven, and comfortable handling confidential documents
