- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field.
- 15+ years of experience in HR technology with at least 10 years in SAP SuccessFactors.
- Proven track record of architecting and delivering multiple full-lifecycle SuccessFactors implementations.
- In-depth knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
- Expertise in integration tools (SAP CPI, Dell Boomi, or similar middleware).
- Experience with SAP BTP, analytics/reporting, and extensions (preferred).
- Robust communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- SAP SuccessFactors certifications in PMGM & LMS (preferred).
