Tech Marketing & Client Coordination Executive (Pune)

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and presentable individual who can support our company in social media content creation, field presentations, and client interaction activities. The role is ideal for someone who is confident in communication, comfortable with technology-related products/services, and willing to handle both office and field responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media & Content Support

- Create basic content for company social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Coordinate with the internal team to understand tech products/services
- Lead the end-to-end planning and hosting of our company podcast to engage our audience and promote our tech products.
- Prepare simple creatives, captions, reels ideas, and post schedules
- Assist in branding and online visibility activities

2. Presentations & Demonstrations

- Prepare and deliver presentations about company products/services
- Explain company offerings during meetings, events, seminars, or exhibitions
- Support business development activities through product demonstrations

3. Client Visits & Coordination

- Attend impromptu client meetings and field visits whenever required
- Represent the company professionally during external interactions
- Coordinate follow-ups with clients after meetings
- Travel locally for meetings/events if needed

Required Skills

- Good communication and presentation skills
- Basic understanding of social media platforms
- Confidence in speaking with clients and audiences
- Basic knowledge of Canva, PowerPoint, or similar tools
- Willingness to travel locally for meetings
- Smart, proactive, and adaptable personality

Preferred Qualification

- Graduate in Marketing, BBA, BCA, Mass Communication, IT, or related field.
- Freshers with valuable communication skills can apply.
- Internship/project experience in social media or client handling is a plus.
