About the Role

We’re looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor with 2+ years experience who can bring ideas to life through compelling visuals and high-performing video content. This role requires a strong blend of design, video editing, motion graphics, and the ability to leverage AI tools to enhance creative output and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging static creatives for digital platforms (ads, social media, branding)
- Edit high-quality videos for performance marketing, social media, and campaigns
- Develop motion graphics and animations to enhance video content
- Use AI tools for image and video generation to accelerate creative production
- Integrate AI-generated assets seamlessly into final creatives
- Collaborate with creative strategists, marketers, and team members
- Translate concepts into visually appealing, high-converting creatives
- Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Maintain consistency in brand identity across all designs
- Support and guide team members when required

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in graphic design and video editing
- Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field
- Strong expertise in motion graphics and graphic designing (mandatory)
- Proficiency in the following tools:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- DaVinci Resolve
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Hands-on experience with AI image & video generation tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, Sora, etc.)
- Strong understanding of how to integrate AI into creative workflows
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
- Ability to manage and contribute within a team environment

Nice to Have

- Experience in performance marketing creatives (Meta, Google, etc.)
- Basic understanding of content strategy and audience behavior
