English Trainer – Spoken Communication (In-Person) (Pune)

About the Role

The Quest Center is looking for a passionate energetic English Trainer to conduct Spoken English and Communication Skills sessions for college students and young job seekers for our partner non-profit institutions. You will deliver in-person classes across multiple Pune locations, using our structured curriculum in English Communication. Locations: 2–3 sites within Pune City

Organization: The Quest Center (Non-Profit)

Commitment: 2-4 sessions/week between 1 pm-6 pm.

Compensation: Class-based payment- Rs 1500 per session (120 mins)

Responsibilities

- Conduct interactive Spoken English sessions in 2-3 Pune city locations.
- Train students in communication, fluency, pronunciation, and confidence building
- Deliver activities on group discussions, presentations, and interview communication
- Support students in workplace and employability communication skills
- Create an engaging and practical learning environment

Qualifications & Preferred Skills

- Graduate/Postgraduate in English, Communication, Education, or related field
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply
- Strong spoken and written English
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
- Experience in training/teaching communication or spoken English
- Ability to engage students through activities and role plays
