To ensure success in this role, you should possess extensive knowledge of Salesforce system administration and the ability to work in a fast-paced workplace. You also need to ensure that your Salesforce expertise translates into optimized sales & marketing operations. This is a global position at the interface between Sales, Marketing and IT and reports to Head Program Management Oetiker Group as part of Global Marketing Organization. Implementation Responsibilities: Salesforce Administration with predominance to help to maintain and operate Salesforce in our global Sales and Marketing organization including orchestrating Change Projects in close collaboration with IT Business Partners and key stakeholders of our Sales Organization. Salesforce / Showpad Admin:
- Creating user accounts, maintaining our sales databases, and training staff on the effective use of Salesforce products.
- Ensuring optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products (e.g Showpad).
- Upgrading and configuring Salesforce/Showpad systems for optimized integration.
- Managing Salesforce/Showpad roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.
- Importing sales department leads, contacts, and other data.
- Maintaining the sales cloud, as well as building custom reports and dashboards.
- Performing database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing.
- Evaluating and installing new Salesforce/Showpad releases, as well as providing training and support.
- Documenting processes, including error reports and changes to field history tables.
- Preparing reports for sales, marketing and other departments. Data Lead:
- Understand the data landscape within the organization and can help answer questions like: Which systems store which data Which system is the source of truth for certain data How can you extract the data from each system
- Support internal stakeholders to understand data that will live in Salesforce/Showpad to secure high quality data input.
- Support maintaining data quality within Salesforce and its related additional applications (e.g. Showpad) Project Management:
- Support developing project plan based on demand request and project prioritization with IT Business Partners
- Track milestones, budget, and timeline
- Communicate with key stakeholders on project progress Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Engineering/ Commerce or Computer Science.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator in a similar environment.
- Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification. Additional Information
- Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems.
- Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration.
- Exceptional ability to create and maintain Salesforce databases.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities.
- Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing access.
- Knowledge of importing sales data and generating Salesforce reports.
