Informatica MDM Customer Domain Engineer (Pune)

Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of Informatica MDM Customer Domain/Customer 360 solutions.
- Develop and maintain match and merge rules, trust frameworks, survivorship rules, and hierarchy management.
- Configure and maintain business entity models, landing tables, staging processes, and base objects.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate customer master data requirements into technical specifications.
- Design, develop, and troubleshoot Informatica workflows, batch jobs, and integrations.
- Support integration with upstream and downstream systems including CRM, ERP, data warehouses, and cloud applications.
- Assist with data quality initiatives, profiling, cleansing, deduplication, and standardization efforts.
- Participate in data governance and stewardship processes to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Analyze and resolve production issues, performance bottlenecks, and data synchronization challenges.
- Support testing activities including unit testing, SIT, UAT, and defect resolution.
- Prepare technical documentation, data mapping specifications, and operational procedures.
- Work with cross-functional teams in Agile or waterfall project environments. Required Qualifications
- 4–8 years of IT experience, with 2+ years of hands-on Informatica MDM experience.
- Experience implementing or supporting Informatica MDM Customer 360 / Multidomain MDM.
- Solid understanding of:
- Customer master data management concepts
- Match/Merge configuration
- Trust and survivorship rules
- Data quality and stewardship
- Data governance principles
- Experience with:
- Informatica PowerCenter or IDMC/IICS
- SQL and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.)
- XML, JSON, APIs, and web services
- ETL and data integration processes
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize data workflows.
- Strong communication skills with ability to interact with both technical and business stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Informatica Data Quality (IDQ).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of customer data domains, identity resolution, and golden record management.
- Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare, life sciences, finance, or retail.
